Emily is a teacher of medium sized humans by day and while she usually goes to bed early she swears she’s still really fun by night! Her greatest dream is to be financially stable enough to grocery shop exclusively at Kowalski’s (though Lunds & Byerlys would do just fine). She is a connoisseur of fried foods and will die on the hill that battered cheese curds > breaded cheese curds. As a lover of nearly all people, she can’t wait to meet you and connect over a shared love of trivia!
