A True Battle Royale

Man, tonight's competition was HEATED. The Sound Round was surely the toughest one ever. With only 12 points separating the first and last place teams there were bound to be a few hearts broken. Just another night being Nate, super awesome trivia host, breaking hearts and taking names.

Mouthful of Crazy took 1st Place with a measly 40 points. I think this is an all time low so they really got away with one here.

Despite being already drunk when they showed up 15 minutes late, Dick Tuesday pulled out a 2nd place finish with 36 points. I accredit this to their puffin knowledge.

Now that Champion's Week is in play (November 29th!) Vagina Wednesday went back to their classic name and were rewarded with 34 points and 3rd place. One thing I love about these ladies (and occasionally dudes) is that they always think they're going to lose, then they leave with a prize.

Trivia Is Better In Costume

We had a great Trivia Halloween celebration last week with some good costumes and some tight competition.

First place were Dick Tuesday, at full strength once again. This picture is terrible, probably because vampires don't take very good pictures if they even show up digitally at all...

With the most dedication to their costume, here's Mouthful of Crazy. They went as Dick Tuesday for Halloween and got second place. ZING!

Third Place and winners of the costume contest were Viet's Aquatic Batman. Dressing up as Batman, Team Zissou and Señor Wong server Viet scored these guys an extra five points! Great work.

I'll see everyone this Tuesday for a new game of trivia and a big announcement! What could it be...?

The Birth of a Superpower?

Mouthful of Crazy split up this week and still took home the win! I hope these gentlemen like their ladies dominant because Mouthful of Crazy is just unstoppable. They're becoming the Yankees of Senor Wong's trivia night.

Second place went to a seemingly reunited Dick Tuesday team. Will they be the ones to topple the giants?

Third place was the discarded other half of Mouthful of Crazy, left to fend for themselves like a so many runty wolves. Excellent work, Ooga Booga, I think you're stronger for living through this experience.

Don't forget - tomorrow is COSTUME DAY! The team with the best costumes will get 5 points!

The Secret to Winning

Tuesday was full of mysterious secrets. Like how do the girls of Vagina Wednesday keep turning into men one by one and how did Mouthful of Crazy access my computer to score a perfect 20 points in the first half? We may never know. Secrets...

50 points and still bitching about missing a question. Perfectionism is running rampant here.

46 points! Probably a personal best, and they only needed three guys on the team to reach it. BURN.

43 points! Not bad for a bunch of newbies, especially since they were sitting dangerously close to that speaker.

Don't forget about Zombie Pub Crawl this weekend! Maybe I'll see some of you on the streets, feasting on flesh and beer.

Feats of Knowledge

Following the angry reception of the Feats of Strength aspect we kept it real on Tuesday and just played plain old trivia. Here are your winners!
