June 19: High Score

The date was June 19th. The team: Rage Heart. The record: "Most points scored to date at Sample Room trivia."

Ok, so that doesn't really roll of the tongue. Whatever. Rage Heart scored 61 points. It is our new high score. Congratulations dudes. Enjoy that new target on your back.

What else did we learn? Sample Room triviagoers don't know shit about soccer, but know A LOT about human cannibalism. Read into that what you will. Also, no two teams spell "Biz Markie" alike. My favorite variation? Bismark-E. Lastly, (and probably only interesting to me) none of our regular teams sat in their regular places. Weird.

Our second place team was the Whiskey Whores. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to snap a picture of them. But just look back at the last zillion posts, they aren't new to the photo-shoot. Third place was another tie-breaker, ending in bronze berth for The Miseducation of Travis Fondow.

Thanks to all the teams for coming out. I think it was our largest crowd to date. Keep on keepin' on, and we'll see you next week.
