June 12: Things Get Loose

We had ten, count em TEN teams this week. We've had ten before, but nothing quite like this. Shit got loose. There was screaming, there was epic intra-team trash talk, and for some reason a lot of chatter about handjobs—all before the first half was even finished. A+ for enthusiasm, crew.

This was our second week of the new format, and it appears everyone has the hang of things. Even better, we had new blood in the winner's circle. I love new blood in the winner's circle.

Josh Brolin's Mustache appeared from the ether with 59 points to take first place in their inaugural appearance Long-time-players-first-time-winners, Irreversible Cowgirl snatched up 2nd place with 58 points. Finally, Hobo Ceviche took down Suzy Q and Her Stupid Boyfriend in a thrilling third place tiebreaker. Actually it wasn't that thrilling, they took their sweet time with it. Way to kill the buzz, dudes.
