Sunday night: Chuck & Sean at the 331 Club

After a great Tournament of Champions last night, Chuck and Sean are back at it tonight at the 331 Club. We start at 8 PM. SOME NEWS: We are retiring the "Nash Knows" questions--stay tuned to find out what its replacement will be next week. (I'm thinking it'll be called "Payne Thinks.")

Your Internet-Only Question is below. Answer it for a free point tonight. And we'll see you at 8!

Today is September 23. Happy birthday Neptune! This Ice Giant was discovered on this day in 1846. It had already been generally believed to exist, however, as it was the first planet to be identified mathematically (due to its gravitional effects on Uranus) before it was actually seen. The French mathematician who estimated its location suggested "Neptune" as a name, but then quickly backpedaled and decided it should be named after him. What is his last name, which was nearly the name of the planet?
