Answer this Internet-Only Question (in the upper-left of your sheet) for a free point tonight:
Today is September 19. On this day in 1973, the country/rock legend pictured below died following a morphine and tequila binge. It was tragic, but what happened next was just bizarre, and has since entered the musical lore: His agent, acting on a promise he'd made at a friend's funeral just months before, stole the coffin carrying the body of his dead friend, loaded into a borrowed hearse with no windows or licences plates, and drove it into Joshua Tree National Park, where he doused the coffin in gasoline and lit it on fire beneath a rock formation called Cap Rock. The agent was then arrested an charged $300, plus $750 for the coffin. He raised the money to pay that fine by hiring a band to play a benefit concert. This band played its only hit song over and over again until the money was raised. Your question: What was that song?
